We feel that the deletion system of PINK has the problem.

Present problem
･The problem also has the person who says that it is not.
･The deletion work stagnates.
･User's dissatisfaction begins to appear because there is no deletion work.
･The past log cannot be deleted.
･There is no work of a dangerous contribution
(Emphasis deletion etc.) for PINK.
･Nobody does work of disclosing the access logs of a previous notice of the crime and a malignant kiddie porn, etc.
･The thread cannot move.(The person with a high deletion skill is small number of people.)
･Deleter cannot be increased.
･There is no leader who uses Japanese when the problem occurs because of the deletion work.

We will straighten out that problem by the discussion.
We want to hear the opinion of manager Jim-san.

And, I want Jim-san to participate in the discussion.

PINKの削除システムに問題があると感じています。

現在の問題点
・特にない
・長期未処理で取り残されている部分があり、処理する気配がない。
・過去ログ削除作業が止まっている。
・削除作業をする人が少なくなり、削除作業が滞って不満がある人が散見される。
・重点削除などPINKにとって残すと危険な物が長期間作業されていない。
・犯罪予告や悪質な児童ポルノなどログ開示の作業する人がいない。
・移動が不可能。(削除フルスキルの人がほとんどいない)
・現状では削除人増員が出来ない。
・削除で問題が起きた時に、取りまとめる人がいない。

我々は議論によって問題を解決しようと思っています。
管理人Jim-sanの見解を我々は知りたいです。

そして、Jim-sanにも議論に参加して欲しいと思っています。
