We do not have individuals who can work of this at the moment.
-Deletion of previous logs (previous threads)
-Releasing Access Logs of crime announcements or personal hate comments
-Moving threads to different board
To resolve above issues, please authorize below suggestions.

1. Create "Task request to Jim-san" thread
2. Report above 3 tasks with moderacy to Jim-san*
3. Jim-san completes the task
*Users who can request tasks to Jim-san
-Who has ★ at housekeeping board
-Anyone with ★

Please authorize this sytem, and also decide on who will have rights to request
tasks to you.
Instead of conversation on this board, I suggest using e-mails to communicate
to decide on which users will have rights to request work to you.

We do have a language barrier.
Jim-san may not know all the activities of ★(CAP), and there are
★ who are not too fluent in English.
I would like to be the bridge in between.
