こちらでは非実在児童については”現実と区別がつかない”が要件のようです。

草案の64では
”any representation of the sexual parts of a child, including realistic images of the sexual organs of a child,
for primarily sexual purposes falls under the definition of this offence”
とあり、写実的画像も児童ポルノに含めよとあります。
