The Shibare festival is carried out every year in Rikubetsu town in February.
The meaning of the "Shibare" is "cold".
Rikubetsu town is the town which is the coldest in Japan.
I went for a festival of such Rikubetsu town.
しばれフェスティバルは、毎年２月に陸別町で行われます。
「しばれ」は、「寒い」と言う意味です。
陸別町は日本で一番寒い所です。
私はそんなしばれフェスティバルに行ってきました。
